Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual investigations to resolve 1st- and 3rd-party, residential and commercial
property claims in an accelerated format.
• Use imagery and video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors and insureds to
identify and document damage.
• Examine and apply claims forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions, and
other records to determine coverage and client exposure.
• Prepare repair/rebuild estimates using Xactimate software.
• Handle content inventories to include moderate to complex pricing analysis and
prepare claim inventory reports.
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information as required by client.

• Negotiate settlement of claims under the direction of the Claims Manager or
Supervisor.
• Keep the client and the insured informed about the claim status with clear, timely, and
accurate written/oral communication.
Other Responsibilities:
• Recognize subrogation situations and initiate appropriate action.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing education.
• Maintain company reputation and integrity of work product by complying with federal
and state regulations and service standards.
• Maintain adjuster license(s) when required.
• Participate in special projects or perform duties in other areas if requested.
• Proven ability to work independently in a virtual/remote environment.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.

• Bilingual and/or prior military experience are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for estimating.
• Experience in a related field: property claims experience, construction, restoration, mitigation.
Physical Demand Requirements:
The physical requirements associated with the position are limited. Repetitive tasks
associated with typing, note taking, telephonic communication and operating standard
office equipment are required.
