Job description

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

Job Summary:

The Trading Support team is responsible for providing support on trading-related concerns and issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, an analytical mind, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Handles day-to-day players’ trading-related queries through Zendesk and ensures efficiency.

Manual correction of settlement in connection to client complains

Data verification is done using different sources to check game/player statistics.

Monitoring game schedules and results (US Sports especially).

Work closely with other Operations teams to ensure that any trading-related concerns are addressed

Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to any inquiries or concerns promptly

Qualifications:

Experience in sports gaming and betting

Passion for sports and a good understanding of various sports and their rules

Knowledge of sports betting markets and betting odds

Ability to work well under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer support

Ability to work independently and remotely

Willing to work on shifting the schedule
