Superlanet is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior BI Developer to join our healthcare client’s team in Indiana. This is a direct hire and remote opportunity, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact by developing cutting-edge business intelligence solutions in the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather data needs, translating them into actionable business requirements.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL and Epic tools.
Develop and manage data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that drive decision-making.
Investigate and resolve data issues, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of healthcare data solutions.
Work alongside stakeholders to test, validate, and implement robust BI solutions.
Navigate the complete development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to testing and deployment.

What You’ll Need:

Epic Certification in Clarity, Caboodle, or Clinical/Revenue data models (required).
Expertise in Reporting Workbench and Clarity/Caboodle systems (required).
Strong experience with SQL, SSIS, Power BI, and other BI tools.
