Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating borrowers’ details in CRM by using supporting documents provided by them
  • Completing calculation part in CRM i.e. Funding position, borrowing capacity, and Product comparison.
  • Generating NCCP documents i.e. credit guide, Preliminary assessment, and Credit proposal.
  • Promoting to ApplyOnline and completing the application.
  • Generating lender documents.
  • Generating and Analysing borrower’s VEDA report
  • Uploading documents in AOL and submitting an application as per the broker’s advice.
  • Pricing discretion request.
  • Calculating the lender's serviceability to check the maximum loan that the bank can approve based on the borrower's current financial position.

  • Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience in loan processing or a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements. 
  • Proficiency in Salestrekker or similar loan processing software, as well as MS Office, particularly Excel. 
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client interactions professionally.
