Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for an Insights & Analytics Research Intern for 6 months from July to December 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data-driven and actionable insights and business, by contributing to various innovation digital projects spanning B2E, B2B, and B2C sectors.

Your key missions:

  • You will conduct data-driven, user-centric insight analysis to optimize our digital innovation initiatives, ensuring business impact through actionable findings. This includes working on cutting-edge projects related to emerging technologies like generative AI.

  • You will perform desk research and benchmark analysis to infuse strategic insights that help shape the scope of new business opportunities. By understanding industry trends and market landscapes, you will provide critical input for identifying innovation potential and competitive positioning.

  • You will leverage both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather and analyze user, consumer, and market data. Your insights will directly inform the strategic direction and measurable business outcomes of digital projects.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to integrate research-driven insights into decision-making processes, ensuring that our business innovation projects are aligned with market needs and digital trends.

  • You will assist in the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and scalability of digital innovation projects, providing ongoing monitoring and optimization recommendations.

  • You will effectively communicate research insights and strategic recommendations to international project teams, ensuring alignment and focus on delivering tangible business results in a global context.

  • You are enrolled in a Master’s program related to business and management, financial analysis, data sciences & analysis, business intelligence, social sciences, or similar fields.
  • You have interest in the application of data analysis, qualitative research, or user research in a business context.
  • You are proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, and experience with Python is a plus.
  • You have good communication skills and attention to details.
  • You are autonomous, adaptable, courageous, and eager to learn.
  • You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
