Mission

Drive the strategic direction and execution of the Field Sales channel, ensuring the achievement of ambitious targets in GMV, new originations, and new merchant sign-ups. Over the next 12 months, this role will oversee the performance of Field Sales Supervisors, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What you will do:

  1. Achieved significant growth in GMV through the Field Sales channel by the end of 2025.

  2. Maintained a strong originating rate for newly signed merchants across all regions.

  3. Optimized acquisition costs and ensured the channel payback was achieved in a short timeframe.

  4. Implemented and standardized a performance management system for Field Sales Supervisors within the planned timeline.

  5. Built both hunting and farming teams across the country, focusing on expanding field sales teams in second-tier cities.

  6. Delivered a substantial number of new signed merchants and originations by 2025

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams:

    • At least 4 years in a leadership role, with experience leading teams of 50+ members

    • Review past team performance metrics, analyze feedback from direct reports, or validate through professional references.

    • Experience scaling teams, with the ability to define and implement structured management processes.

    • Nice to have: Experience in hunting/farming

  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills:

    • Request specific examples of implemented strategies that led to measurable business results, such as revenue growth or market expansion.

    • Demonstrated success in driving GMV growth and consistently overachieving 100% of sales targets

  • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and key performance metrics:

    • Practical experience with CRM tools, and evaluate the ability to leverage sales metrics for decision-making. Certifications in CRM is a plus

  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Validate historical data on achieved sales targets, including year-over-year improvements or benchmark.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Assess through role-play scenarios, past examples of conflict resolution, or presentations conducted in prior roles.

  • Nice-to-haves:

    • Background in fintech or financial services.

    • Experience implementing large-scale training or performance improvement initiatives.

    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. (Not excluding)

  • Meet with our recruiter for a 30-minute video chat. We will get to know you better, understand what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you might have about ADDI.

  • Meet with the Hiring Manager for a 45-minute session, we will asko you question about your problem-solving approach and technical expertise in scaling field sales operations. You will be able to ask any questions about your responsibilities, our culture and how we work at ADDI.

  • Meet with the Revenue Manager and CRO for a 45-minute session focused on your cross-functional collaboration skills, analytical and strategic thinking, and your approach to overcoming potential challenges.

  • Complete your Business Case and present it to our SMB's leadership team.

  • Meet with one of our founders for a 30-minute chat to talk about the vision of the company, what we are building and how you will contribute to our product.
