Architect (Revit and Rhino 3D Proficient) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with strong Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) experience. The ideal candidate must possess proficiency in Revit and Rhino 3D and have expertise in designing commercial, restaurant, and retail spaces. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of spatial planning, and the ability to translate concepts into innovative and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development (DD):
• Lead and execute design development phases for commercial, restaurant, and retail projects, ensuring concepts align with client goals and project requirements.
• Develop 3D models and detailed presentations using Rhino 3D to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to refine design concepts and address feedback.
• Construction Documentation (CD):
• Produce detailed construction documents using Revit, ensuring precision and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design.
• Address design challenges and resolve issues during the documentation phase to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Project Coordination:
• Oversee the progression of projects from concept to construction, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Software Proficiency:
• Create and manage detailed 3D models using Rhino for design exploration and client presentations.
• Utilize Revit to produce accurate and coordinated construction documentation and BIM models.
• Leverage additional visualization tools to create compelling renderings and animations, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial, restaurant, and retail projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D and Revit is required.
• Demonstrated experience in Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours
