If you have some professional AI experience, that’s a plus—but what matters most is your passion for automation and problem-solving.
We serve our customers through a web app built with React, TypeScript, Webpack, Next.js, and other technologies, which communicates with a REST API built with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, and Redis. We are currently exploring opportunities to integrate AI-driven automation and modern Ruby on Rails frontend technologies such as Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus.
Our development workflow includes:
GitHub for version control and code reviews
Semaphore and GitHub Actions for CI/CD
Rollbar for production error tracking

Drive Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration to streamline operations and improve user experience.
Champion Best Practices: Lead by example in encouraging and implementing engineering best practices across the team.
Enhance Application Integrity: Improve maintainability, security, and performance while reducing technical debt and ensuring dependencies are up to date.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless execution of projects.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer success, to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the product development process.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 4+ years of coding experience, with at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails experience.
Have knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, and React Query.
Have SQL knowledge (a plus).
Have experience in designing, developing, and documenting REST APIs and implementing automated testing (especially unit tests).
Have experience in developing and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across the company’s products.
Have a strong interest in automation and AI, with some professional experience being a plus.
Have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, to succeed in our remote, partly asynchronous work environment.
If you’re excited about leveraging automation while focusing on fullstack engineering, we’d love to hear from you!
