Job description

Summary:

  • After a training period, you are responsible for carrying out installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of hand equipment and semi and fully-automatic strapping and wrapping machines mainly in Romania but also for customers in Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Czech Republic) but traveling to other countries can be also required.

Job Description:

  • Installation, and repair of semi- and fully automatic industrial packaging machines and tools at customer sites
  • You provide support and assistance for technical improvements, changes and troubleshooting at the customer’s site.
  • You provide training and ensure preventive maintenance to avoid mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
  • You are proactive and reactive in using the machines correctly.
  • You can also count on practical and administrative support from the back office and technical service regarding planning, orders, parts, technical advice, etc

  • Service Team Manager – East EU
