Job description

Location: Remote position
Experience: 5-7 years
Hours:
 US hours (7am - 3pm Pakistan time)
Comp: $1,500 - $3,000 USD/month

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist for our US based client. 

The individual will oversee and maintain automation pipelines, build new systems within the CRM (Go High Level), manage social media integrations, and optimize data operations with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can translate business objectives into scalable, robust technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Implementation & AI Agent Development

  • Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows to optimize processes.
  • Develop, train, and maintain AI agents (including ChatGPT, Dialogflow, or similar platforms).
  • Stay up-to-date on AI tools and trends, recommending and implementing new opportunities.

Prompt Engineering

  • Create, refine, and optimize prompts to enhance AI-driven workflows and improve user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, context-relevant prompts that yield accurate and efficient AI responses.
  • Continuously test and iterate prompts to increase performance, reduce errors, and maintain alignment with project goals.
    Automation Mastery
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain automation workflows (Zapier, Integromat/Make, etc.).
Go-High-Level & CRM Data Management
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Go High Level funnels, pipelines, and CRM configurations.
  • Oversee data management activities, including segmentation, cleansing, and reporting.
  • Ensure proper integration of AI agents and prompt engineering strategies into CRM workflows.
Social Media Management & Automation
  • Automate social media posting, scheduling, and engagement using AI-driven tools.
  • Integrate social media data into the CRM for better lead management and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand goals.
Chatbot Development
  • Design, build, and optimize chatbots and conversational AI flows for customer engagement and support.
  • Integrate chatbots with CRM platforms and other enterprise tools as needed.
Landing Page & Funnel Creation
  • Create high-converting landing pages and funnels within Go High Level.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a seamless user experience and brand consistency.
Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in automation, CRM administration, social media management, or a similar technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT, Dialogflow).
  • Proven ability to design, train, and integrate AI agents into existing workflows.
  • Experience creating, refining, and optimizing prompts for AI-driven tools and workflows.
  • Automation Tools: Expertise with Zapier (required); experience with Integromat/Make or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Go High Level: Advanced knowledge of GHL funnels, campaigns, and automation features.
  • CRM Data Management: Strong data processing, segmentation, and database management skills.
  • Social Media Management: Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, analytics, and AI-driven engagement solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
