Job description

Executive Support:
• Manage the Managing Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments.
Track critical deadlines and project timelines effectively.

Communication Management:
• Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, flagging urgent matters for immediate attention.
• Draft, proofread, and format basic correspondence, reports, and documentation.

Data Management & Organization:
• Maintain meticulous records, including contact lists, project documentation, and investor information.
• Ensure data accuracy by diligently entering and updating records.

Compliance & Documentation:
• Prepare and organize essential documents such as agreements and reports.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative assistance, including support for invoicing and expense tracking.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
