What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales,
driving lead generation, and enhancing our marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:
Prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule sales appointments for IT,
Supply Chain, and financial staffing services.
Meeting and exceeding sales activity and performance targets.
Updating and managing client and lead data in our CRM (Bullhorn).
Assisting in utilizing tools like Bullhorn Automation, Constant Contact, SourceBreaker, and
TextKernel to optimize lead generation.
Assist in LinkedIn posts and email campaigns and support lead generation.
Assisting with email campaigns to 3rd party vendors for candidate sourcing.
Supporting marketing outreach with tools like Google AdWords and SEO strategies.
Providing sales administrative support as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
5+ years in a sales and marketing support role, ideally in a U.S.-based staffing or
recruiting firm.
Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and public speaking).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience in IT, Supply Chain, or Financial staffing and recruiting is a plus.
Experience with Bullhorn CRM and tools like Bullhorn Automation,
SourceBreaker, and TextKernel is a plus.
Proficiency in email automation tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Bullhorn
Automation) is a plus.
Skills in LinkedIn content creation and social media management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. WordPress is a plus.
Experience with Google AdWords, SEO, and Google Analytics is a plus.
