Job description

This is a remote position.

Project Purchasing Administrator Position Description

Position Activities
 Assist with vendor onboarding documentation
 Assist with vendor bidding process
 Vendor contract administration
 Assemble PO’s to support payment applications
 Assist with lien waiver tracking and follow up
 Monitor vendor insurance certificate expiration and follow up as needed
 Document management

Computer and Personal Skills & Knowledge
 General residential or commercial construction knowledge
 High level of organization and follow through
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Microsoft Office Suite
 Adobe Acrobat
 Asana
 Builder Trend (preferred)
 Microsoft Project (preferred)

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central with an hour unpaid break
