Job description

Use Your Power for Purpose

Under the Top & Standard initiative we are pursuing a major scope of work to prioritize and manage Post Approval Change regulatory requests. This involves deploying an entirely new governance process inclusive of OpU’s, GTEL, Network Strategy, GSC and Regulatory. To that end, we are seeking a CI Lead that can support standing up this process and help improve it based on initial learnings.

This role will be a 12 month secondment.

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the overall standard work design for the Global PAC process
  • Build the execution playbook (RACI, reps)
  • Develop comprehensive implementation playbook with standard work for key roles (incl. usage of future state system)
  • Co-facilitate with quality the design of risk management tools to support the Global PAC process
  • Work with OpU Manufacturing Excellence teams to integrate PAC Std Work within current OpU IMEx governance
  • Participate in the review and enhancement of existing forums / std work that will support PAC governance: Site and Global Change Review Boards, Product Teams, OpU prep meetings, etc.
  • Lead CI Loop to enhance prioritization based on initial learnings from execution (incl. prioritization criteria, info flow, data robustness, roles)

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • A BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or an MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or a PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience or an MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale programs and initiatives
  • Demonstrated cross-functional expertise in Supply Chain or manufacturing at various levels
  • Ability to adeptly navigate supply chain systems and quickly learn new systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

  • Master’s degree coupled with relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis
  • Passion for leveraging innovative and emerging technologies to drive significant business impact
  • Experience in leading process improvement efforts through system diagnostics, value stream enhancements, and best practices
