How you will make a difference:

As the HR Services Manager (HRSM) in our Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) organisation, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR guidance to a diverse array of global clients. 🌍
You will be the trusted expert 🏆 delivering top-notch HR advice on Employment Laws in Romania.


As a key member of the HR Services team, you will oversee daily HR operations while fostering strong relationships with clients and employees alike. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the delivery of HR services and contribute to our global HR strategy.

  • Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for all GEO workers, engaging attentively at each stage and maintaining proactive communication.
  • Effective Offboarding: Manage both voluntary and involuntary exits, including retirements, to minimise risks and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Client & Worker Satisfaction: Analyse feedback to enhance service delivery, maintain strong client and worker relationships, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Market & Compliance Expertise: Provide insights on local market trends, ensure compliance with employment laws, and offer guidance on employee relations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to boost competitiveness and mitigate risks.
  • Service Quality: Deliver high-caliber service and advice, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for local market processes and outcomes.
  • Project Participation: Engage in various projects as assigned by your line manager.
  • Legal Updates: Keep the team and management informed with regular updates on employment law changes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, cross-functional, and global teams, sharing local HR expertise to support business initiatives.
