We’re looking for a technology product coordinator to join our ranks. Are you an experienced, customer service-focused IT professional with knowledge of service delivery and project management practices? Commonwealth is looking for a technology product coordinator to join our growing enterprise organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping product owners manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring that goals are met and aligned with vision, strategy, and roadmap.   

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with project managers to monitor project and initiative timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for providing regular updates on project status
  • Cultivating strong relationships with technology partners to oversee and coordinate incident responses
  • Supporting testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure product services and associated features meet requirements
  • Assisting in maintaining comprehensive, detailed documentation of product services and features
  • Helping maintain the product backlog ensuring that it reflects customer and stakeholder feedback used for prioritization
  • Assisting in responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries about product services and features
  • Assisting in post-launch activities including user training and customer support to advocate for the end-user experience and deliver of value to customers
  • Assisting in building and monitoring product service performance metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement

Core Strengths and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT processes and projects
  • Financial or similar industry experience
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence) a plus
  • Deep empathy for customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and respond to complex user feedback
  • Understanding of technology product development processes and tools
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, confident, and highly motivated self-starter
  • Continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change
