About the Role
As the Partner Marketing and Enablement Manager at Kustomer, you will be a key player in launching, driving GTM activities, and enabling our partners to sell and support our solutions effectively. You’ll create and implement comprehensive marketing and enablement programs that equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive growth and ensure mutual success. This role focuses on empowering our partners through training, strategic alignment, and continuous support. While also leading our GTM launches with our Partners helping to drive pipeline for Kustomer through these initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partner enablement strategy that enhances partner performance and drives measurable revenue growth.
Design and deliver training programs that educate partners on product features, positioning, and best practices for selling and supporting Kustomer’s solutions.
Create and manage enablement content, such as playbooks, sales collateral, and competitive analysis, to ensure partners have the tools they need to succeed.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner enablement initiatives.
Organize regular webinars, workshops, and certification programs to keep partners up-to-date on new features, industry trends, and best practices.
Build strong relationships with partners, serving as their trusted advisor for sales enablement and strategic marketing support.
Support new integration partner launches leading the launch timeline and initiatives ensuring marketing and partner deadlines are met.
Manage and execute in-person partner events alongside Partner Managers.
Work closely with the partner leader and partner managers to ensure that enablement and GTM initiatives are aligned with overall partner strategy.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and the needs of our partners to continuously improve enablement efforts.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.
Proven experience in creating and delivering impactful training and enablement programs.
Experience launching new technology partnerships in market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings and events.
