Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Data Scientist to join AJW Group and spearhead the evolution of our Data & Analytics function. This role is a unique opportunity to build and lead a dynamic team while driving impactful projects that address complex business challenges.

What you’ll be doing

  • Establish and lead a new team within the Data & Analytics department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Lead transformative projects such as inventory optimisation and automated pricing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Design, develop, and implement predictive models and advanced analytics solutions that drive intelligent decision-making.

  • Apply your commercial experience in data science within aviation or supply chain contexts to tackle industry-specific challenges.

  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies, delivering measurable business outcomes.
