To allow TWINT to grow and expand, we need you in the role of a Senior Observability Engineer - in Zurich or Bern with Home Office.


Your impact at TWINT:

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams and collaborators to understand observability needs
  • Develop, optimise and operate todays Observability Platform (Appdynamics, Elastic and Grafana/Prometheus), covering the areas Service Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring and also Outside In Observability
  • Mentor, guide and support of the teams in the area of DevSecOps
  • Solve and resolve sophisticated issues related to observability systems and tools
  • Stay align with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving improvements to our observability strategy and platform


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting standard processes and technologies
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Good understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps
  • Very good English language skills; German language skills are beneficial
