This position is based in Northern California, and relocation is not offered. Candidates must reside within Northern California and be willing to commute.
The starting base salary for this role is $100,000 annually, with additional earning potential through commissions. The potential for higher pay is commensurate with relevant experience.

We are looking for a sales representative with a similar profile outlined below:
An experienced apparel sales professional, with an unwavering service centric focus for our customers, and an unrelenting desire to better support them.
A sales representative with cross-functional experience in both apparel and footwear, with a proven track record of driving product strategy & business results.
A teammate who embodies the love for the game of golf and everything it has to offer.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Account Management: Work with Sales Management to effectively execute the strategic territory sales plan within the Green Grass and Independent Retail channels. Accountable for all elements of account management including futures, at once and closeout sales, in line with budgets and specific order capture deadlines. Provide account feedback to key stakeholders including the Regional Team Leader. Consistently developing market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize Nike product placement and sales within the respective account. Effective implementation of seasonal brand communication initiatives, in line with the four-season offense.
  • Planning: Work with the Regional Team Leader to develop sales strategy, seasonal assortment suggestions, Swoosh Staffer budgets, and territory service zoning expectations. Conduct seasonal business reviews with golf professionals and retailers. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the customer’s business. Communicate daily with Regional Team Leader and Inside Sales Support ensuring all are aware and informed of opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed.

• Results: Accountable for the execution and coordination of the day to day running of the territory, ensuring all sales targets are achieved in a timely and consistent manner with the deadlines given.

 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role you will report to a Regional Team Leader. You will work very closely internally with Inside Sales Support and Customer Experience.
