• Managing and organizing medical records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Medical records are reviewed and categorized into injury-specific folders, enhancing efficiency when dealing with specific claim types.
• Scheduling and following up on reports from medical professionals is essential for timely case progress.
• Handling medical information with utmost confidentiality and sensitivity is paramount.
• Responsible for requesting ADF medical records for clients and updating the CRM with relevant information.
• Coordinate medical referrals and liaise with medical providers as needed.
• Manage and organize medical records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Review medical records and extract, and collate records into injury specific folders (back related injuries into back folder).
• Schedule and follow up on reports from medical professionals.
• Update CRM.
