WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Partner Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking and auditing partner rebate programs from our Platinum, Diamond, and Silver OEM partners, which encompass approximately 40 partners. You will also collaborate with the greater organization to help forecast what we should earn from partner program investments.
In this role, you will:
- Partner Program Earnings: Develop and drive a wider understanding of partner rebate programs, track what we earn, and audit those earnings versus forecasts.
- Finance Support: Collaborate with the Finance organization to ensure we are accurately tracking and reporting the correct values for our financials.
- Cross-functional Collaboration with TSG (Technology Organization): Understand bookings and revenue forecasts across the top OEM lines that feed into our rebate totals.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with partner rebate programs and OEM partners.
- Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and auditing.
- Certification in relevant financial or accounting fields such as CPA or CFA.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Experience with financial modeling and building reports.
- Familiarity with financial software such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
