Job Title: Key Account Manager - Food Stores

About the Role: As the Key Account Manager for Food Stores, you will leverage existing relationships with key retail stakeholders to enhance business performance. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring our service delivery is up to date, and driving operational excellence through key retail channels. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets and ensuring our brand positioning is effectively communicated to our customers.

  • Experienced in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in FMCG.
  • Skilled in customer relationship management and communication.
  • Capable of leading and managing teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and report writing.
  • Strong in negotiation and selling.
  • Future-oriented with a strong consumer and customer focus.
  • Enthusiastic, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Tertiary qualified with 5-7 years of senior managerial experience.
