The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:
What You Will Do
The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to assist in the design, development, and testing of S/4 Hana in relation to supply chain reporting & analytics. This role requires someone with proven experience as a project lead, strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and Business Units. This person will work with the S2P leadership and the S2P BU leads on the blueprinting phase and assist in overall Source to Pay workstream Supplier Collaboration activities within the RTX wide ERP program.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and support high-priority initiatives and blueprinting activities to ensure successful execution
Partner with the other S2P BU Supplier Collaboration leads to ensure a common consistent process and adherence to the project change controls.
Identify S2P Supplier Collaboration through active participation in blueprinting activities
Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business needs..
Active participation in blueprinting activities for all topics that include collaboration with the supply base
Assist in defining the Supply Chain business value and use cases associated with the ERP program and define the execution strategy (roadmap) to achieve the value
Manage projects ensuring on time schedule, within budget and meeting all technical requirements as defined by the team.
Utilize the CORE framework and tools to manage projects effectively
Document and maintain lessons learned through lifecycle of the projects
Foster relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and business partners
Some travel required ~25%
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree (in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field) or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience in Operations and/or Supply Chain, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Extensive expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Supplier Collaboration platforms & tools, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience working with cross functional/cross business unit teams on high visibility projects with strong business acumen
Skilled in analyzing business processes, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
Strong capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and external partners
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other analytical tools
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
