REMOTE Full-Stack Developer (Next.js)

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer for one of the fastest-growing VC-backed healthtech companies in the country. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative tools and features that directly support clinical and operational needs. What You’ll Do

Start with a key project: building a mini application to support clinical quality checks.
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Next.js, with an even split between front-end and back-end tasks.
Manage relational databases, ensuring integrity and performance (e.g., SQL, Postgres, MySQL).
Build tools, services, and features to address real-world challenges in healthcare and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

Full-Stack Development Experience: 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong track record of building scalable, production-level applications.
Next.js Expertise: Proven experience developing with Next.js, including server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes.
Relational Database Skills: Experience designing and maintaining relational databases like Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Work History: Stable career progression with minimal job hopping. Candidates should have direct experience working at companies (not primarily in consulting or dev shops), ideally with startup experience.
Healthcare Industry Exposure: Experience in healthcare is a plus but not a strict requirement.
Location Preferences: Open to candidates globally, but preference for those with time zone compatibility to U.S. business hours.
