About the Role:

We’re hiring a Medical Assistant (MA) to provide hybrid support for cardiovascular patients. Based in Maryland, this role combines remote work and in-person collaboration to ensure seamless care. You’ll be at the forefront of innovative telehealth solutions while working closely with NPs, cardiologists, and clinical teams.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct virtual pre-visit tasks like gathering patient histories and preparing telehealth appointments.
Support NPs and cardiologists with follow-ups, lab orders, scheduling, and patient communications.
Manage telehealth workflows, including intake, triaging inquiries, and documenting in medical records.
Provide personalized care while maintaining efficiency across virtual and in-office settings.

What You’ll Need:

Completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program.
Experience in telehealth or virtual care (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and organizational skills, plus comfort with technology. Training is provided.
Ability to work independently while remote, with reliable connectivity and troubleshooting skills.
