We are seeking a proactive and innovative individual to join our team and support the Growth department in an automotive organization. This individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and our business stakeholders for areas such as sales, marketing, retail, and digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer journeys and business processes to identify and extract key capabilities, which will be leveraged to design and implement effective IT solutions. Acting as a strategic partner and solution leader, you will ensure solutions are successfully delivered to meet business needs.
What you’ll do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Growth organization to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and operational needs.
- Identify and support opportunities to leverage IT solutions to address business needs.
- Review and analyze capability requirements derived from business processes and customer journeys
- Define and prioritize IT solution requirements based on business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to oversee solution implementation, including vendors, technical teams, and internal departments.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage change management processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the IT strategy for the Growth Department.
- Align IT initiatives with the overall business strategy.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends that can benefit the business.
Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events regularly. Remote applicants will be considered for this role. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on business analysis, project management, and solution delivery.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects in a complex, matrixed business environment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard IT tools and technologies.
- Deep understanding of automotive industry trends and challenges.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Transparency
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $140,000 - $160,000
