Job description

The Frontend Software Developer will be part of the software development team at iHerb, collaborating closely with Product Owner, Project Manager and Backend developers to produce company products.

 
Must have:

1. Highly familiar with React, React Hooks, NextJS
2. Highly familiar with React-Testing /Jest
3. Highly familiar with popular CSS layout, layer
4. Understand core web principles, backend/frontend, REST, API, request/response, server etc.
5. Know how to write docker and use CI/CD tools
6. Be able to articulate and have a strong technical vocabulary
7. Be able to communicate, question, and find solutions related to business / product needs
8. Be able to work independent and effectively (due to time zone differences)

prefer:

1. Experience with Tailwind CSS
2. Experience with CSS-in-JS library / framework (mui, emotion, etc.)
3. Experience with GraphQL
4. Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes
5. Knowledge of web security, auth
6. Knowledge of .NET Core, NodeJS
7. Knowledge of Relational / non-relation DB
8. Knowledge of Micro-Frontend
9. Experience with Payment service / e-Commerce Checkout service.
