Our client is a fast-growing, internationally recognized iGaming company. Currently we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking business oriented Senior HR BP/ Head of HR BP to join their HR leadership team. This is a critical role that will help shape client's people management strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & People Management:
• Lead, develop, and train a team of People Partners to ensure effective HR support across the organization.
• Assess and monitor the workload of the People Partners, ensuring balanced distribution and efficiency.
• Set clear tasks and goals for the People Partner team and provide ongoing support for their successful execution.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of HR processes managed by the People Partners.
2. Policy & Process Implementation:
• Initiate and lead necessary updates and changes to company policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the smooth implementation and adaptation of new policies within the HR function.
3. Collaboration with Managers & Departments:
• Provide training and guidance to managers on HR processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to assess the quality of HR tasks and address any challenges or areas for improvement.
• Communicate daily with C-suite leaders to provide updates on emerging issues and HR activities.
• Coordinate with the Security Service to ensure alignment on department-related matters.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
• Compile and present key HR metrics to C-suite leaders, including vacation data, staff turnover, and HR initiatives.
• Collect and analyze quarterly data on employees’ probationary period outcomes (passed/failed).
• Track and report on employee performance statuses, providing detailed insights every six months.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the internal employer brand and improve talent engagement.
Requirements
• Fluent Russian/ Ukrainian and English
• Proven experience in HR management (HR Director, Head of HR position in IT companies with at least 1000+ employees)
• Proven team leadership and process improvement experience in a fast-paced company.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, analytics, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Readiness for relocation to Cyprus (relocation is covered by the company).
