About Us
We are launching a new and exciting project in the iGaming industry. To ensure the success of our online casino operations, we are seeking a talented Casino Manager to lead the development and management of the casino product. This role is critical for shaping our casino strategy, optimizing user experience, and driving growth through innovative solutions.

What Experience Is Important to Us

  • 2+ years in a similar role (Head of Casino, Casino Manager, or Gaming Manager) within iGaming companies.

  • Proven success in managing game providers, negotiating terms, and expanding gaming portfolios.

  • Strong expertise in organizing tournaments, jackpots, and collaborative promotions with providers.

  • Solid understanding of user acquisition, gamification, and loyalty programs to boost player engagement.

  • Familiarity with key metrics (e.g., MAU, DAU, GGR, LTV) and experience using them to drive performance improvements.

  • Experience in market localization, including cultural and regulatory adaptations, and managing CMS systems for game lobby optimization.

  • Advanced knowledge of bonus mechanisms, with a proven ability to create and refine offers for player retention.

  • Proficiency in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning to prioritize impactful initiatives.

  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive casino strategy, managing all stages of the product lifecycle, from analysis to execution.

  • Optimize the gaming lobby and CMS systems, updating content, categories, and banners to improve the user experience.

  • Build partnerships with game providers, negotiate contracts, and integrate new games to expand and diversify offerings.

  • Plan and execute tournaments, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs to attract and retain players, while tailoring the product for local markets.

  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., GGR, retention rate), prioritize strategies, and conduct A/B tests to enhance promotions and game mechanics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, CRM, and design, to align initiatives and deliver a seamless user experience.

  • Ensure compliance with market regulations, analyze fraud activity, and maintain a secure gaming environment.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify innovative opportunities to keep the product competitive.
