Account manager Intern are responsible for identifying, segmenting, engaging, and creating qualified enterprise opportunities for the Enterprise Account Managers
You will report to our Strategic Account Manager and will collaborate with all our teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Product)
We are a remote-first company and are currently looking for someone based in Paris or with the ability to come 3 times a week.
In this role, you will:
Contact and qualify corporate accounts (Fortune 100, CAC40, …) to achieve demand generation targets through sales tools and social networks
Engage in and observe high-level negotiation calls, demos, and strategic client meetings
Develop, maintain, and execute account victory plans, including pipeline management (monitoring customer consumption and service needs)
Create a predictable pipeline of short, mid, and long-term opportunities for the Account Managers (calls, emails, social networks, events, etc.)
Handle discovery calls with potential leads to deliver pre-qualified opportunities to Account Managers
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to assist them in effectively managing their customer portfolios, understanding their KPIs, and addressing their challenges
Conduct account mapping and oversee a multifaceted network of stakeholders in partnership with the Enterprise Account Managers
Provide regular updates on prospecting activity directly to your supervisor while mastering sales KPIs (valuable for your internship report)
