TLDR
As FitXR’s Chief of Staff, you’ll work side-by-side with our Founder CEO and Senior Leadership Team to drive strategic execution, crossfunctional alignment and operational excellence in the pursuit of our mission. This high-impact role will have you navigating ambiguity, influencing key decisions and ensuring the highest standards of accountability, collaboration and transparency. Where you’ll spend your time
Thought partner to the CEO: Act as our Founder’s right hand, offering insights, context and strategic advice on a variety of initiatives across the business.
Operational excellence: Enable teams to deliver their best work through automations, tooling and optimised workflows, utilising the latest tech and best practices to operate as a high performing, lean team.
Product operations: Own product operations and rituals to ensure product teams are aligned, unblocked and delivering value quickly, acting as an extension of our CEO / CPO.
Crossfunctional leadership: Lead and coordinate critical projects across teams to drive progress, efficiency and accountability.
Execution and leverage: Ensure executive decisions are carried out effectively, enabling the CEO and SLT to stay on top of key projects without being spread too thin.
External relations: Interface with external partners, including board members and commercial partners.
Change management and influencing: Drive cultural and operational change, acting as a powerful influencer who can inspire action and create lasting impact.
Prioritisation and focus: Manage multiple completing priorities and ensure the right things are being tackled at the right time in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
What we would love to see from you
Operational expertise: A strong background in business and/or product operations, with experience enabling teams through operational efficiencies and technology.
Startup experience: You’ve thrived in high growth, remote-first environments and understand the pace, challenges and excitement that come with it.
Generalist with an operations focus: You have a broad skillset with an ops skew, skilled in strategy, execution and change management.
Problem-solving mindset: You approach challenges head-on with a solutions-oriented mindset, focusing on moving the needle forward.
Influencing and prioritisation: You ensure alignment across the business, keeping broader objectives in mind and enabling others to prioritise the most important work.

At FitXR, we are a remote-first company, embracing the flexibility to move quickly, stay focused, and adapt with ease. While remote work comes with its challenges, we prioritize collaboration and strong communication to ensure our team remains connected and effective.
Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:
