Job Summary:
As the Provider Network Development Manager, you will lead efforts to develop, maintain, and expand our provider network. This includes strategic planning, relationship management, and contract negotiations with healthcare providers to deliver a diverse and comprehensive range of services.
This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.
Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the provider network by identifying and recruiting new healthcare providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Negotiate provider contracts, including terms, rates, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Monitor provider performance and quality metrics, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for network growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and clinical) to align network development with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider network development, contract negotiation, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical and strategic problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and network management software.
