Job Summary:
Are you a driver of change? Are you passionate about helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes? As part of our client's PMO team, the Change and Learning Leader will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on Enterprise Resource Applications (e.g. SAP).
You will be part of the deployment of SAP Core to North America sites. Deliver the change and learning activities effectively for the SAP deployment. Deliver the Enterprise Applications Learning Strategy into the deployment. Complete deliverables and milestones in a timely, quality manner, as prescribed by the project phases. Ensure timely and effective engagement and communication within the business, customers and suppliers.
General Duties:
The Change and Learning role is a critical partner dedicated to support planning and execution of communication, training and adoption related activities during the Project Delivery Process (PDP).
The Change and Learning actor will partner with the Business Analyst and Project Manager to prepare messaging, training activities and related materials, and effectiveness measurements to ensure end users are prepared to adopt the changes introduced with the project that is delivered.
Responsible for coordinating any role changes with the security team and changes to various functions impacted by the project.
Change and Learning performs four functions:
• Security and role mapping
• Manage training processes
• Manage communication processes and events
• Project quality review
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
• Utilize the Enterprise Applications, Change, & Learning methodology for an effective deployment
• Responsible for delivering the Enterprise Applications Learning Strategy into the deployment
• Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the learning and managing the change management project to include things such Leadership Engagement, Business Readiness, stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training planning, resistance issues, cultural issues, engagement & communication
• Complete deliverables and milestones in a timely, quality manner, as prescribed by the phases
• Support and coach the project Team to ensure effective project processes are developed
• Ensure that all users are identified and trained to be able to operate all business processes effectively.
• Ensure that plans are implemented to ensure the successful business readiness to go live with the Enterprise Applications ERP solution
• Ensure Business Readiness for Go-Live and support users through post go live period
• Provide input into evolution of Change & Learning Global methodology
• Responsible for project specific learning material and ensuring compliance with global framework
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of people management experience and knowledge of large system culture change.
5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
5+ years of experience in project management and resource management
Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry and SAP implementation is desirable.
Experience in recruiting process is desirable.

Must be a US Citizen
Travel: 25% - 50% Travel required

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE 70 TO 85). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
