Your role as the Account Director
This strategic sales leadership role is responsible for new business development, account strategy, and ongoing expansion of specific clients and targeted accounts focusing on Partner/Channel Ecosystems and Marketing services. You’ll support firm revenue and margin growth, creating enterprise value through strong relationships and delivery to our tech and cloud clients. You’ll lead a designated account as part of a team, and will leverage our team co-sell model to collaborate, bring in solution expertise, and successfully close new business.
Your primary responsibilities will include building and expanding relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, identification and closure of new business opportunities, and ensuring the right solutions and delivery excellence for our customers. You’ll drive our competitive edge in the marketplace and leverage our differentiated solutions to increase market share and ensure long-term client satisfaction and growth.
All roles at Bridge Partners are remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii. Business travel, when necessary, is reasonable. Many required internal and client meetings occur at Pacific time, so please ensure that works for you prior to applying.
Your skills and approachBusiness development experience within a management consultancy or B2B marketing agency; demonstrated track record of opportunity identification and quota attainmentSolid understanding and personal project delivery capability within partner ecosystem strategy, programs, and marketing campaignsAbility to serve as a trusted advisor to clients; demonstrated competency in translating client business requirements and challenges into consulting projects and solutionsStrong networking capability; broad awareness of modern industry dynamics, business drivers, and functional best practices Demonstrated success in collaborating/co-selling with others to pursue, win, and close dealsSignificant experience defining & scoping client projects, programs, and solutions; ability to negotiate to closure through value and pricing strategyBachelor’s degree in a related discipline; strong software, application, AI and organizational skills; prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform The salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000/year base with additional bonus/incentive eligibility based on performance and target attainment. Actual base salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate.
