Job description

Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation)

About the Role: As the Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation), you will drive high-impact marketing initiatives that accelerate growth for our innovative L&D Team Effectiveness solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demand Generation Strategy:
    • Design integrated marketing campaigns targeting HR and L&D professionals and decision-makers.
    • Leverage Herrmann’s Whole Brain® Thinking framework to develop campaigns for different audience preferences.
  2. Campaign Execution & Optimization:
    • Manage end-to-end execution of full-funnel campaigns across channels, including email, paid media, webinars, social media, and content syndication.
    • Utilize data analytics and AI-powered marketing tools to support sophisticated targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
    • Refine campaign elements (creative, messaging, CTAs) using data to improve engagement and conversion rates and continuously optimize campaign spend. 
  3. Collaboration on  Content Development:
    • Partner with Herrmann Leadership, Product & Sales teams, along with customer  stakeholders,  to develop compelling content, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
    • Integrate data-driven insights to align messaging with user personas and industry trends.
  4. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Define success metrics and track and report on campaign performance using Hubspot and other analytics tools.
    • Provide data-driven insights to optimize the marketing funnel and improve ROI.
    • Present actionable recommendations based on data to key stakeholders, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within the L&D, HR Tech or adjacent B2B industry.
  • Strong understanding of the pain points and preferences of enterprise HR leaders  .
  • Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation tools and modern CRMs, ideally HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and predictive analytics is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in AI or L&D-related areas are a plus.
  • High attention to detail.
