Job Overview:

The associate will play a pivotal role in expanding our network by sourcing and engaging independent bail agents. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit qualified bail agents through proactive outreach strategies, with cold calling serving as a key method for initiating contact. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining strong, professional yet personalized relationships with both new prospects and existing agents, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and providing ongoing support.

Essential Functions:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: • Identify and engage potential bail agents through comprehensive market research, networking, and cold calling. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified bail agents. • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to reach both active and passive prospects. • Represent the organization at industry trade shows and events to enhance visibility and attract new agents.
2. Agent Outreach and Engagement: • Develop targeted outreach strategies that align with the business goals of prospective bail agents. • Utilize cold calling as a primary tool to establish initial contact and foster interest. • Articulate the value proposition of partnering with our organization in a clear and compelling manner. • Effectively communicate key contract terms, responsibilities, and the onboarding process.
3. Relationship Management: • Build and nurture professional, trust-based relationships with both prospective and contracted agents through regular and effective communication. • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. • Deliver exceptional service to agents, reinforcing their trust and commitment to the partnership. • Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes mutual success and long-term partnership.
4. Negotiation and Onboarding: • Screen and assess prospective agents to determine suitability and alignment with organizational objectives. • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement on key terms. • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring agents are well-equipped with necessary information and resources. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of recruitment activities, agent profiles, and contractual agreements.
5. Market Intelligence and Strategic Development: • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies. • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and relations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of TX state regulations related to bail agents
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and relations 
• Proven track record of successful negotiation, and relationship management; with a focus on niche markets
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Requirements:

• 50% travel
• Location - Texas
