The S2 Partnership is a trusted leader in providing health, safety, and environmental solutions for companies operating within the commercial real estate sector. With over 25 years of experience, our longstanding reputation is built on a foundation of expertise, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. Join us and become part of a team that truly makes a difference.

The Opportunity

The S2 Partnership is currently looking to expand its team of professional consultants and is seeking Trainees or Graduates who have a keen interest in health & safety to join their successful consultancy team. The focus of this role will be to undertake general health and safety risk assessments and provide consultancy support and advice to our clients in the commercial and residential property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to progress their career within an organisation that values its people and provide training to help you excel and further your experience in health & safety.

Part of the week will be site-based, and part will be spent working from home on reports and assisting clients. Diaries are pre-planned in advance to support and assist with work-life balance. There will be a requirement to travel to client sites with this role, so a full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel is necessary.

  • An attractive remuneration and benefits package including performance-related bonuses.
  • Car allowance and expenses paid for all site visits.
  • 26 days’ annual holiday, plus bank holidays.

  • Pension fund contributions & group life insurance.
  • Electric car salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Additional days holiday for every 5 years with the company.
  • Opportunity to work with some of the leading commercial property managing agents in the UK (working on a variety of sites including large shopping centres and state-of-the-art office buildings).
  • Excellent professional development opportunities & assistance with career growth via mentoring by our Senior Consultants to assist with fast-tracking development.
  • Professional Membership reimbursement.

You will have:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above including English and Maths.
  • An interested in the field of health and safety and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Good report writing, IT and communication skills.

  • A qualification in the health & Safety discipline
