Working with cross-functional global and regional teams, you support portfolio strategy that aligns with the category vision to drive sustainable brand growth and to deliver business objectives. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will determine the priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans execute category marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, sharing objectives and monitoring performance, and delivering results over the AC and SP horizon. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

En este rol serás responsable de Planificar, desarrollar, gerenciar, y coordinar las estrategias de mercadeo de las marcas manejadas para Venezuela, así como supervisar y participar activamente en la implementación de dichas actividades. Es responsable de desarrollar a su personal a cargo con el fin de asegurar la sostenibilidad de la gestión y la ejecución exitosa de los planes.

Conocimientos requeridos:

  • Comunicación Integrada de Mercadeo

  • Manejo de Canales de Distribución

  • Gerencia de Proyectos

  • Construcción de la equidad de la marca

  • Investigación de Mercado (consumidor, competencia, herramientas de búsqueda)

  • Innovación y NPD

  • Planificación financiera y manejo de P&L

  • Planificación estratégica

Educación / certificaciones:

  • Universitario graduado en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Economía, o Ingeniería Industrial

  • Master en Administración de Negocios o Especialización en Mercadeo (deseable)

  • Nivel de Inglés de Negocios Avanzado (deseable).

  • Experiencia de 3 años en consumo masivo en puestos de gestión de categoría, grupos, o similares

  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en Mercadeo

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Responsable del desarrollo de categorías con una visión dentro del contexto de las estrategias globales de Mondelez.

  • Determinar las estrategias y prioridades de las categorías (incluida la asignación de recursos) basado en la comprensión de las oportunidades de crecimiento para las marcas clave dentro del portafolio

  • Responsable del desarrollo estratégico acorde con RTM y PDV (Punto de Venta)

  • Desarrollo de las categorías

  • Liderar a través de equipos multifuncionales en la generación de canales para grandes ideas: la base para la Innovación en el negocio y el estiramiento del desarrollo de nuevos productos (NPD) lo que generara un crecimiento sostenible.

  • Definir la estrategia del portafolio, teniendo en cuenta las principales marcas locales, el medio ambiente frente a la competencia y, sobre todo, la situación país
