We are actively seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Integration Architect,ServiceNow (CTA). The role may require periodic travel as necessary across the world. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Position Summary
As part of our Rimini Consult group, the Sr. Principal Technical Integration Architect,ServiceNow (CTA), will be technically responsible for the successful implmentation of ServiceNow solutions and seemless integration between ServiceNow and ERP systems like SAP by designing scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions. This role leverages tools such as ServiceNow Integration Hub and APIs to implement robust workflows.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration workflows using ServiceNow Integration Hub and APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Build scalable and secure data pipelines for real-time and batch data synchronization between ServiceNow and ERP systems.
- Ensure integrations meet enterprise architecture standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
- Configure and use Integration Hub to create reusable, low-code integrations for connecting ServiceNow with ERP systems like SAP.
- Leverage Integration Hub Spokes to accelerate integration development and streamline data exchange.
- Monitor and optimize Integration Hub performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Implement and maintain the CSDM framework to standardize CMDB data modeling and IT service management.
- Organize and align CMDB data to ensure consistency with CSDM best practices.
- Enable accurate IT service tracking, service mapping, and lifecycle management through effective use of the CSDM.
- Develop detailed technical blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Document Integration Hub configurations and API connections for implementation and maintenance.
- Develop and oversee the execution of integration test scripts to validate integration workflows for functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing.
- Ensure all integrations meet defined success criteria and align with business requirem.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, developers, and business teams to align integration strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide technical guidance to teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of integration objectives and results.
- Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows for speed and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Verifiable ServiceNow CTA Certification is required.

- 8+ years of experience in integration architecture roles, with expertise in ServiceNow and ERP systems like SAP.
- Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-grade integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing CMDB data using the CSDM framework for IT service modeling.
- Demonstrated expertise in integration test script development and testing oversight.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, including configuring spokes and building reusable integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of API design and management (REST, SOAP).
- Expertise in implementing and managing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of CMDB data modeling, IT service mapping, and asset management.
- Proficiency in developing and executing integration test scripts for end-to-end validation.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues uncovered during testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to guide teams in implementing integration solutions.
- Strong communication skills to align technical designs with business and project goals.

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience.
Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
The general salary range for this type of role is 178k - 223k depending on skills and experience.
