Job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and manage our digital marketing activities via email, blog posting, and social media activity.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will manage the process of developing original content and consistently post many times per week to grow our client base.

You must possess a current understanding of email drip campaigns, how to create and manage accounts and groups on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, understand the basics of pay per click advertising (PPC) and oversee the production and posting of relevant content 10 or more times per week. If you are a well versed in these concepts, and a high energy productive individual, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership to develop and manage digital marketing strategies.
  • Help create and then manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly editorial calendar
  • Project manage the rapid creation of relevant content that involves the coordination of 3 to 4 people per post.
  • Post content multiple times per work day.
  • Utilizing reporting within various applications to measure the effectiveness of marketing activity
  • Grow our social media followers
  • Track٫ report٫ and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • A basic understanding of SEO is a bonus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in marketing, New Media, or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, within the real estate industry a plus.
  • The ability to project manage a team of people to produce content is a must
  • Extensive knowledge of current social media platforms
  • Understand the concept of a lead magnet
  • Direct experience using social media management tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Good understanding of Word Press including how to manage and update website content.
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • High energy
  • Production driven
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of Supervisory Experience of at least 3 people
