The President of Field Services will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of product offerings across the portfolio. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Group's strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching strategy and long-term objectives including revenue growth, top-notch customer satisfaction, and product innovation. The President will work closely with various shared services teams such as Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Pricing and Payments to foster growth and achieve operational and financial objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Set the strategic direction for the group of Business Units, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate vision and long-term objectives.
  • Enable alignment between Fullsteam and portfolio Business Units that result in mutually beneficial achievement.
  • Develop and implement high-level growth strategies across multiple Business Units, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
  • Oversee the integration and collaboration of the Business Units, creating synergies and efficiencies across the portfolio.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Establish and monitor performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each Business Unit, ensuring operational and financial excellence.
  • Hold teams accountable for achieving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are at the forefront of decision-making.
  • Oversee the financial performance of all Business Units, managing collective P&L responsibility, ensuring that budgets, forecasts, and financial targets are consistently met.
  • Drive profitability through strategic resource allocation, cost management, and operational efficiencies.
  • Guide the development and enhancement of products, working closely with Business Unit teams to innovate and improve offerings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Platform & Payments to align strategies and drive overall business objectives.
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all Business Units and corporate functions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Set performance goals and regularly evaluate the team’s progress, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high standards are met.
  • Drive and foster a positive organizational culture by exemplifying and promoting our core values and behaviors, ensuring alignment with company standards and nurturing an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance.
  • Represent the Group in executive meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Business Unit’s operations, products, and services.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and governance processes.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 13 years of relevant experience within a technology or software company.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role and experience managing large teams and driving cross-functional collaboration at the executive level.
