The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our team as a Workday Adaptive Dashboard Reporting Intern. This internship provides a unique opportunity for a finance or accounting student in their fourth year of college to gain practical experience in financial reporting and data analysis using Workday Adaptive Planning. This position will report to the Financial, Planning & Analysis Director.

This internship will last 12 weeks, beginning on June 2, 2025. To be considered for this opportunity, please ensure your application is submitted by the deadline of January 31, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to understand reporting requirements and objectives.
  • Use Workday Adaptive Planning to design and create interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports generated.
  • Assist in documenting dashboard and reporting processes for future reference.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions related to financial planning and analysis.

Learning outcomes:

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, a valuable skill in the finance industry.
  • Exposure to real-world financial reporting and analysis.
  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
Experience and Skills
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and entering the senior year of college in Fall 2025.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and terminology such as but not limited to revenue, expenses, profit and loss, etc. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
