Job description

To support our continued growth, Primary Goalare excited to be expanding our team by appointing a full-timeICT and Digital Apprenticeship Coach . Through the delivery of our Level 3 Information Communications Technician,Level 3 Digital Support Technicianand Level 4 Network Engineerapprenticeship standards, the successful individual will be instrumental in supporting learners to thrive and succeed.

This position would suit someone who is looking for a progressive company to grow with, and who can share their ideas and take ownership of their development. Industry experience is essential, and a good understanding of Cisco and CompTIA is highly desirable.

Essential knowledge & skills:

Teaching, coaching or training experience
A passion for education
Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience of IT
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
Experience in offering information, advice and guidance
A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues

Desirable knowledge & skills:

An understanding of Cisco/CompTIA
Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s)
Technical qualification(s)
An understanding of apprenticeship standards

Primary Goal offers:

A salary of£35,000-£40,000per annum D.O.E with the opportunity to increase your salary in line with KPIs and performance
Remote working with all equipment provided
