The Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Education Manager (m/f/d) to lead the development and digital transformation of the European RawMaterials Academy platform. This role will ensure the platform delivers exceptional user experience, cutting-edge functionalities, and seamless integration with the needs of external stakeholders. You will collaborate with leading technology partners and internal teams to deliver a platform that becomes the go-to resource for workforce upskilling and lifelong learning.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-volume recruitment efforts to onboard professionals, students, and graduates into our network. This position combines project management, digital expertise, and strategic recruitment to achieve the Academy’s ambitious goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Platform Development: Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of the Academy’s platform, ensuring top-tier user experience, advanced functionalities, and alignment with educational and industry needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage communication with external technology partners, universities, and organizations contributing to platform development. Review deliverables, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the platform’s design, features, and functionalities meet cutting-edge standards and deliver value to users across Europe.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns to attract professionals, students, and graduates to the platform, building a thriving and engaged learning network.
  • Alignment with Needs: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the platform integrates seamlessly with educational programs and supports scalable learner engagement.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics and feedback to refine the platform’s functionalities and enhance user experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Experience in Digital Platforms: Hands-on experience in developing, managing, or optimizing digital platforms or tools, preferably in the HR, education or L&D space.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet high standards.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Background in high-volume recruitment campaigns, targeting diverse groups such as professionals, students, and graduates.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with digital platform functionalities, user experience, and cutting-edge digital tools.
  • Strategic Thinker: Capacity to align digital solutions with organizational and community goals and long-term strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for managing relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
