Job Title: Hubspot Administrator
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Hubspot Administrator will play a pivotal role in organizing, automating, and optimizing the company's use of Hubspot. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on building workflows, automations, and refining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reorganize and standardize the existing Hubspot setup.
• Create and optimize workflows and automations.
• Define and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Regularly clean and maintain the Hubspot instance.
• Identify and execute improvement projects independently.
• (Optional but preferred) Integrate tools like DocuSign, Paycove, Stripe, and manage paid advertising efforts linked to Hubspot.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Hubspot, including workflow automation and process creation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to implement and manage complex projects in Hubspot.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with DocuSign, Paycove, Stripe, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with paid advertising strategies linked to Hubspot.
• Proximity to CST or willingness to align work hours.
