Job description

This is a very entry-level position as an Escrow Assistant. Escrow and Real Estate experience not required. Open to candidates with Mortgage Admin or related experience.

Open to entry level candidates and will provide training.

Overtime is typically 1 hour daily as needed, based on volume.

100% remote position - open to anywhere in the U.S.

Potential for extension and temp to perm

Description:
Provides support to Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to refinance transactions.
Work directly with clients and their borrowers to cure title related items such as judgements, tax liens. Prepare and review of documents for closing transactions.
Efficiently communicate requirements and other information to clients as needed.

Shift expectations - 5% shift diff will apply as noted
EST Temps – 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm ET no shift diff; 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm ET shift diff eligible
CST Temps – 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm CT no shift diff; 10am-7pm CT shift diff eligible
MST Temps – 8am-5pm MT no shift diff
PST Temps – 8am-5pm PT no shift diff
