ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Online Business Manager (OBM) is a pivotal team member, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's business processes. This role involves managing projects, optimizing systems, and driving strategic efforts to support the organization's mission of helping dental practices grow seamlessly.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Operational Excellence: Ensure all systems, tools, and processes are optimized for seamless operation and scalability.

Project Coordination: Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

Team Management: Lead and support team members by fostering accountability, streamlining communication, and facilitating performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain efficient workflows and systems to enhance organizational productivity.
