Freelance Photo Editor/Retoucher with Photomontage & Generative AI Skills - 20hrs/week - long term

Skull Bliss is a 100% online-based home decor boutique, bringing the traditional craft of Balinese skull carving to the world while giving back to local communities.

We are looking for an experienced photo editor/retoucher who specializes in photomontage to create realistic and visually appealing product presentations.

Our products are interior decor items, and your primary task will be to photoshop them onto various design settings, ensuring a natural and aesthetically pleasing integration.

This role requires someone with excellent technical skills, a strong artistic eye, and the ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.

Tasks

Photomontage:

• Photoshop our decorative animal skulls onto high-resolution interior wall images, ensuring realistic lighting, shadows, and scaling.
• Enhance and refine product images to make them look professionally integrated into various room designs.
  
  
  

Photo Retouching:

• Clean up product images and adjust colors, contrasts, and textures as necessary to ensure high-quality outputs.
  
  
  

Generative AI Utilization:

• Use generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly or MidJourney to quickly generate high-quality room backgrounds or elements when necessary.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with experience in photomontage and photo retouching
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly or MidJourney
• Strong attention to detail and an artistic eye for design
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines independently
• Prior experience working with product photography or interior design images is a plus
