Job description

About CloudWalk:
We are not just another fintech unicorn. We are a pack of dreamers, makers, and tech enthusiasts building the future of payments. With millions of happy customers and a hunger for innovation, we're now expanding our neural network - literally and metaphorically.

About the team
Are you passionate about offensive security and strengthening systems through realistic attack simulations? Join our Red Team!
As a Red Team Engineer, you'll protect our financial platform by executing sophisticated attack simulations, identifying vulnerabilities, and helping build more resilient systems. Working in a fintech environment, you'll assess critical infrastructure security, test AI models against adversarial attacks, and directly influence how we protect millions of transactions and sensitive financial data.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Become the adversary: Think like a malicious actor! You'll design and execute red teaming exercises, employing various attack techniques like social engineering, phishing, and penetration testing to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems and networks.
  • Uncover the cracks in the armor: Your keen eye will be essential in identifying weaknesses across our IT infrastructure. You'll leverage your expertise to gain unauthorized access, escalate privileges, and maintain persistence within a compromised system, just like a real attacker would.
  • Turn knowledge into action: Your discoveries are valuable! You'll document your findings in detail, including recommendations for remediation. This will help us patch vulnerabilities and significantly improve our overall security posture.

  • What You Need To Succeed:
  • Experience in planning and executing red teaming engagements.
  • Strong understanding of ethical hacking methodologies and penetration testing techniques (e.g., social engineering, phishing, SQL injection).
  • In-depth knowledge of system and network vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal security and engineering teams.
  • Ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
  • You should be skilled at working with Large Language Models - not just using them, but understanding how to craft effective prompts, knowing when (and when not) to apply them, and leveraging them to enhance your development process.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with exploit development and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of specific industry security threats and compliance requirements
  • The Future We See:

At CloudWalk, we envision a future where AI empowers every field to reach new heights:
    • People teams leveraging AI to transform talent acquisition and employee development.
    • Marketing professionals creating data-driven, AI-powered campaign strategies.
    • Customer Success teams enhancing client experiences with intelligent solutions.
    • Risk analysts combining human expertise with AI to navigate complexities.
    • Designers collaborating with AI to push creative boundaries.

Join us at CloudWalk, where we’re not just engineering solutions; we’re building a smarter, AI-driven future for payments—together.
